The Corning silicone septa fit into open top PBT caps (No. CLS139545HTSC) with GL45 threads to allow for aseptic reagent delivery or culture sampling using a syringe and needle. They can be autoclaved at 121℃ or dry heat sterilized at up to 180℃.
